From our practice

What we have already done — for our own companies and for clients

We do not publish client or bank names: banking and commercial confidentiality is part of the job. The facts below come from our own group companies and from client projects whose owners agreed to an anonymised publication.

5

Turkish banks where the group’s corporate accounts are open and active

€1.37m

one consolidated import invoice of 3,262 lines prepared for the bank and customs

Banks

Five corporate accounts for a foreign-owned group

Task

A group of three Turkish companies with a foreign founder. The goal: working accounts in several banks so that no payment depends on a single compliance desk.

What we did

We built one KYC file for the group — ownership structure, sources of capital, business and counterparties described in Turkish. Accounts are open and active in five banks, including FX accounts; every new bank request is answered from the same file.

Result

Payments continue while one bank reviews; a new account takes weeks, not months.

Compliance

A four-section bank questionnaire answered the same day

Task

A Turkish bank sent an importer a detailed questionnaire: activity, counterparties, source of funds, expected volumes. A few days to answer, or account restrictions.

What we did

We answered in Turkish from primary documents — proformas, contracts, statements — with no “we do not know”, and attached evidence in the order of the questions.

Result

Submitted within the bank’s deadline with full evidence; the account kept working.

Trade

EU auto-parts import: a 3,262-line invoice worth €1.37m

Task

Four shipments from EU suppliers had to be consolidated into one document for the bank and customs: single numbering, countries of origin, weights, delivery terms.

What we did

We built the consolidated invoice — 3,262 lines, 51,648 units, 135 packages, 22.7 t gross — reconciled every total to the cent against each source document and checked the country of origin of every line.

Result

One document set for the bank and customs; zero discrepancies with the source documents, totals reconciled to the cent.

Payments

Daily international supplier payments, on a steady flow

Task

A trading company pays suppliers in the EU and Asia every day, often with no advance notice of the amount. The bank needs documents for each payment; the company needs speed.

What we did

We set the routine: for every payment an invoice/contract and a payment purpose in wording the bank accepts; we track rates and fees; bank requests are closed from a pre-built file.

Result

Payments leave the day funds arrive; the desk has run in this mode for 17 consecutive months.

Contracts

Agency agreement with a financial counterparty: commission clause rewritten

Task

A company needed to change the commission terms in an agency agreement: tiered rate by amount, exchange-rate formula, no ambiguity.

What we did

We redrafted the remuneration section — a 30,000 USD threshold, “central-bank rate + percentage” for each band, the calculation order — and delivered a Word version preserving the original formatting.

Result

The new version went to the counterparty ready for signature — original formatting kept, no ambiguous wording.

Companies

A three-company group: registration, accounting, banks, imports

Task

A foreign founder needed not one company but a working structure — trade, imports, settlements — with an accountant, addresses, accounts and tax registration.

What we did

We registered and run three companies: SMMM under contract, registered addresses, tax office, e-fatura, corporate accounts, import operations; the ROSTU site and assistant grew out of this practice.

Result

The structure has run for several years; it is where everything we offer clients is tested first.
