What is included
Bank compliance replies
Every questionnaire about an incoming or outgoing payment answered in the bank's four-block structure, documents indexed, for your signature. Same-day on Trade and Group.
Shipment document packs
Per shipment: invoice and packing-list consistency, GTİP pre-check, origin route, red-flag screen, hand-off to your licensed customs broker and forwarder.
Work-permit files and calendar
Eligibility pre-check, e-İzin data pack, deficiency tracking, renewal 60 days ahead. The employer files with its e-signature.
Accounting coordination
Documents to your SMMM on time; the accountant's requests explained in your language; tax and SGK calendar. Bookkeeping itself by the SMMM at ≥ TÜRMOB tariff (İstanbul Ltd minimum ≈ ₺4,868/month in 2026).
Bank account opening
Shortlist by current appetite, pack, KYC rehearsal, branch accompaniment with a sworn interpreter. Included on Start for the first year; ₺15,000 one-off otherwise.
Corporate document chain
Signature circulars, registry extracts, board resolutions, apostilles and notarised translations — booked, accompanied, collected. Notary paid by you at tariff.

The notarial tariff is paid by you directly to the notary. We are not a notary and receive no remuneration from any notary.

The rules we work by
- You sign; we draft. Bank letters, declarations, applications — all in your company's name, signed by your signatory. Nothing goes out in ours.
- Regulated work stays with the licensed professional you retain. SMMM for accounting and formation filings, customs broker for declarations, lawyer for advice, notary for notarial acts. We coordinate; we do not replace.
- No money through us. No state fee, no professional fee, no client funds. Our invoice is our fee and nothing else.
- Facts, not opinions. We confirm what documents show. "Is this transaction allowed?" is a question for a lawyer you retain directly — how.

Questions
What does a Desk month look like in practice?
A named coordinator who reads everything your bank, accountant, customs broker and the Ministry send you, tells you in your language what it means and by when, prepares the reply or the document set, and chases until it is closed. You sign everything; nothing is filed or sent in our name.
Does the Desk replace our accountant?
No. Your licensed SMMM keeps the books and files the returns at the TÜRMOB tariff. The Desk makes sure the accountant gets the documents on time and that you understand what the accountant says.
What is the pilot?
Ten foreign-owned companies in İstanbul, onboarded between now and 31.12.2026 at founder pricing, delivered by the founder and one coordinator. In return we ask for honest feedback on hours, turnaround and what we got wrong. Pricing is fixed for twelve months for pilot companies.
Which sectors?
Trading and logistics companies dealing with Central Asia, the Caucasus, Russia-adjacent routes, the Gulf and the EU; textile and machinery importers; e-commerce. Any foreign-owned company whose month includes a bank letter, a shipment or a foreign hire.
