Before you confirm an order and pay, the law requires that you receive the following information clearly and in a form you can keep. Items follow art. 5/1 of the Regulation. The values specific to your order (service, price, persons, pages) are filled into the order summary you see at checkout and sent to you with the contract confirmation.

a) Basic characteristics of the service	Document preparation and process coordination (belge hazırlama, randevu organizasyonu ve işlem takibi hizmeti) as described on the service page named in the order summary: [SERVICE NAME, SCOPE: persons / pages / documents]. Not included: notarial acts, legal advice, filing of any application on your behalf, accounting, customs brokerage, collection of any state or professional fee. See contract art. 2.

c) Address for complaints and the Tüketici Hakem Heyeti notice	Complaints to the address, e-mail, KEP or telephone above. Consumers may apply to the Tüketici Hakem Heyeti (consumer arbitration committee) of the district where they live or where the transaction was made for disputes within the limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the consumer courts above those limits. Business customers: İstanbul courts.
ç) Total price including all taxes; payment and performance details	ROSTU fee: [₺ AMOUNT] incl. KDV, fixed for the scope ordered. Delivery: [₺0 / ₺150 / ₺250]. Informational, not part of the price and paid by you directly to the body concerned: state fees [e.g. residence permit card fee ₺964; harç per nationality]; professional fees at tariff [e.g. notary ≈ ₺884 per page; SMMM ≥ ₺5,209]. Payment: card via a TCMB-licensed payment institution or bank transfer, before performance. Performance: our turnaround as stated on the service page; third-party timing not promised. Delivery by hand in İstanbul, licensed carrier, or collection.
d) Cost of using the distance communication tool	None beyond your own internet, telephone or messaging charges. We do not use premium-rate numbers.
e) Period of validity of the price	Prices on the service pages are pilot prices valid until 31.12.2026. The price in your order summary is fixed once the order is confirmed.
f) Right of withdrawal: conditions, period, procedure, carrier for returns	14 days from contract formation, without reasons, by notice to the contacts above (model form on the withdrawal page). No physical goods to return; documents you supplied are returned at our cost. Refund within 14 days of notice by the original payment method.
g) Cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply	Art. 15/1(h): services whose performance has begun with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period ends. If you tick the separate "start now" box at checkout, acknowledging that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right lapses on full performance; on partial performance you pay for the part performed pro rata. Art. 15/1(c) and (ç): services prepared to your specifications or personalised (for example a translation of your specific document) and services that by nature cannot be returned — once delivered. Fees paid by you to the state or to a notary are never refundable by us.
ğ) Duration of the contract; minimum duration for continuous services	One-off services: until completion of the order. Subscriptions (Family Plan, Business Account, Business Operating Desk): monthly, renewed automatically unless cancelled with 30 days' notice; no minimum term beyond the current month.
h) Deposits or financial guarantees	None requested.
ı) Technical protection measures for digital content	Not applicable; no digital content with technical protection is sold.
i) Functionality and interoperability of digital content	Not applicable.
j) Dispute resolution	As in (c). Turkish law applies; the Turkish text of the contract prevails.
k) Trade registry and tax information	İstanbul Trade Registry no. [NUMBER]; MERSİS 0735208476300001; tax office [TAX OFFICE], no. 7352084763.
l) Personal data	Processed as described in the privacy notice, acknowledged separately. Explicit consent, where needed, is requested in a separate text.

Confirmation at checkout

Immediately before payment you are shown, on one screen and in the order's language: the service and scope; the ROSTU fee and delivery, with the informational state and professional lines separately marked "paid by you directly"; this form; and three separate tick boxes, none pre-ticked:

"I have read and received the pre-contract information and the distance sales contract." (required)
"I have read the KVKK privacy notice." (acknowledgement, required) — and, only where the order needs it, a separate explicit-consent box per the consent text.
"I ask ROSTU to start the service now, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and I understand that I lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed." (optional — without it we start on day 15)

Your confirmations, the texts you saw, the time and the IP address are logged and sent to you with the contract (Regulation art. 7). We keep them for three years (art. 20).
