1. This website sets no cookies

The pages at rostu.com.tr are static files. They contain one script of our own (/assets/app.js) which handles the menu, the tabs and the forms. It does not set, read or send cookies, does not use local storage, and does not load any third-party script, pixel, font service, analytics or advertising code. You can verify this in your browser's developer tools: the Cookies panel for this site is empty.

We measure nothing about visitors. We do not know which pages you read, how long you stayed or where you came from, and we have chosen not to know.

2. What the server records

Like any web server, ours writes an access log: IP address, time, requested page, browser type. This is a technical necessity and a legal obligation under Law 5651 (traffic data kept for the statutory period, currently two years), based on art. 5/2-ç and 5/2-f of Law 6698. Logs are stored in Türkiye, are not analysed for marketing, and are not joined with any customer record.

3. When you leave the site

"Ask a question" and WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp in a new tab with a prefilled message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Once you do, WhatsApp's (Meta's) own terms and privacy policy apply to the message transport; our processing of the content is described in the privacy notice, section 5.
The contact form opens your own e-mail application with the message prefilled (a mailto: link). Nothing is stored on this site. The consent box you tick there is checked in your browser only; your tick is recorded by us when we receive the e-mail.
Links to official websites (goc.gov.tr, e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr, barobirlik.org.tr and others) take you to sites run by those bodies, with their own cookie practices. They are marked with rel="nofollow noopener" and open in a new tab.
Payment, when offered online, happens on a page hosted by a TCMB-licensed payment institution, which uses cookies necessary for the transaction and 3-D Secure under its own notice.

4. If this changes

If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary — for example analytics — we will first update this page with the cookie name, provider, purpose, duration and legal basis, and obtain your consent through a banner before setting it, as the Board's cookie guidelines require. Strictly necessary cookies (for a customer login, for example) would be listed here and need no consent. The date at the bottom of this page changes whenever this text changes.
