Who this is for

Investor family after the property or capital investment

The investment is in place; now spouse and children need a file where every birth, marriage and police record matches the passport, letter for letter.

Spouse of a Turkish citizen

After three years of marriage you may apply; the file is read for the genuineness of the marriage, and documents from two countries must agree with each other.

Long-term resident on the general track

Years of lawful residence, income and a clean record must be shown by documents from Türkiye and from home, each legalised the way the authority wants.

What you have at the end

At the end each applicant has a dossier in the order the authority uses: passport and permit history, civil-status documents from every country involved with apostille or consular legalisation, sworn translations certified by a notary, Turkish and foreign criminal-record certificates within the accepted freshness window, proof of residence, marriage or investment, and a consistency note on names, dates and transliterations. Interview questions rehearsed, interpreter booked, licensed partner briefed where filing or representation is required. One folder, one manager.

How the work runs

1

Week 1 · Track and document map

We confirm the track with you and the licensed partner, list every document per applicant and its issuing country, and fix the order: originals, legalisation, translation, freshness-sensitive certificates last.

2

Weeks 2–6 · Documents from abroad

Partners obtain birth, marriage and criminal-record documents in the issuing countries and have them apostilled or consular-legalised there. We track every item weekly.

3

Weeks 4–8 · Translation and consistency

Sworn translations certified by a notary in Türkiye; names, dates and transliterations compared across passports, permits and certificates. Discrepancies corrected at the source before filing.

4

Weeks 6–10 · Turkish documents and assembly

Criminal-record certificate from e-Devlet, residence records, marriage register extract or investment evidence; each dossier assembled in the authority’s order and indexed.

5

Filing and interview

The applicant or the licensed partner files; we prepare you for the interview, book the sworn interpreter and accompany you. The folder and the calendar stay with you.

Questions

Which track applies to my family?

Law No. 5901 sets several routes: general naturalisation after years of lawful residence, acquisition by marriage to a Turkish citizen after three years of marriage, and exceptional acquisition for investors meeting the conditions set by regulation. Which one fits, and whether you qualify, is assessed with the licensed partner; we build the file for the chosen route.

How fresh must the criminal-record certificate be?

The Turkish certificate has no legal expiry; the authorities commonly accept one up to six months old, while foreign ones are often wanted within three months. We obtain freshness-sensitive documents last, after the rest of the dossier is ready, and track every date so nothing lapses before filing.

What if names differ between documents?

Transliteration differences between passport, permit and certificates are the most common reason a file is queried. We compare every page, identify the source document that must be corrected or supplemented, and arrange the correction through the issuing registry or the route the partner advises, before anything is filed.

Do I need an apostille on every document?

Documents issued abroad need an apostille from the issuing country under the 1961 Hague Convention, or consular legalisation where the country is not a party, followed by a sworn translation certified by a Turkish notary. Multilingual civil-status extracts under Vienna Convention No. 16 are accepted without apostille or translation between party states.
