Who this is for

Family following a director or founder

You hold a company or a post in Türkiye and want your spouse and children settled with permits, school and accounts in the same quarter, not a year later.

Family relocating on property or own means

You own or are buying a home in Türkiye and will live on income from abroad; the file must show means, insurance and address correctly for every member.

Family with children of school age

Grade placement (MEB denklik), school documents and the children’s permits must land before term starts, with birth certificates legalised in time.

At the end each family member holds a complete, checked residence permit dossier filed through their own e-ikamet account and attended with our interpreter; the family has a notarised lease and address record at the Nüfus Müdürlüğü, insurance that meets the Directorate’s circular, tax numbers, personal bank accounts, school places with MEB denklik certificates, and every foreign civil document apostilled, translated and certified. How the work runs

Week 1 · Family map and documents

We list every member, ground and deadline, start the legalisation of marriage and birth certificates abroad, and fix the order: tax numbers, address, insurance, then permits.

Weeks 2–3 · Home, address, insurance

Lease reviewed and certified at the notary with an interpreter, address registered at the Nüfus Müdürlüğü, policies issued in passport-exact names for the full permit period.

Weeks 3–6 · Permit dossiers and appointments

Each member’s e-ikamet form is completed from their own account, fees paid in their name, dossier checked page by page; we attend the appointments with a sworn interpreter.

Weeks 4–8 · Bank and school

Personal accounts opened with the right proof of address and source of funds; MEB denklik applications filed, school folders delivered before term.

Months 3–12 · Relocation Concierge

Cards collected, renewal window diarised, address changes notified within the legal period, documents kept current. One manager stays with the family.

Questions

Who applies for the residence permits?

Each family member, through their own e-ikamet account; the sponsor and the dependants attend the appointment personally. ROSTU does not hold your account and does not act before the Directorate. We prepare the dossier, check the figures and documents, keep the order right, and sit beside you with a sworn interpreter on the day.

Which documents from abroad need an apostille?

Marriage and birth certificates issued abroad are apostilled in the issuing country, then translated by a sworn translator and certified by a notary in Türkiye. No Turkish office can apostille a foreign document. Between states party to Vienna Convention No. 16 a multilingual Formül A or B extract needs neither apostille nor translation; we confirm with the receiving body.

How is the family’s income assessed?

The Directorate measures the sponsor’s income against the net minimum wage: at least the net minimum wage in total and not less than one third per family member, shown by payslips, pension letters, bank statements or company documents. We prepare the statements with a margin above the line and document where the money came from.

What does the Relocation Concierge cover?

Twelve months after arrival: collecting cards, diarising the renewal window that opens 60 days before expiry, notifying address changes within the legal period, keeping insurance and address records current, and preparing the next dossiers. The family keeps one manager and one folder for the whole first year.
