A working Turkish company with a bank account — one package, one manager
You receive a company registered in Türkiye that can invoice, pay and hire, with a corporate account and a clean first quarter. We run the chain of registry, tax office, notary, SMMM and bank, own every deadline and report to you weekly. One manager, status every week, reply within one business hour.
Who this is for
Founder relocating a business
You are moving operations or a sales office to Türkiye and need an entity that can sign, invoice and pay from day one, without learning the local sequence yourself.
Group opening a Turkish subsidiary
Head office needs a Ltd., A.Ş. or branch with a bankable structure, documents your auditors accept and a reporting line to one person.
Investor who needs a bankable company
You will hold property, trade or employ staff through the company and want the registry, tax and banking files consistent from the first day.
What you have at the end
At the end you hold a company entered in the Trade Registry with its MERSİS record, tax number and tax plate, a registered address for twelve months, a retained SMMM, e-signature and KEP address, a corporate bank account with online banking, and a first-90-days file: SGK workplace status, e-Fatura/e-Defter route agreed with the accountant, first invoices issued correctly and a compliance calendar for the year. Every document sits in one indexed folder.

How the work runs
Week 1 · Structure and documents
We agree the company form, shareholding and signatories with you and your SMMM, then launch the founder document chain: apostilles, sworn translations and powers of attorney where a founder does not travel.
Weeks 2–3 · Registration
MERSİS filing, name check, articles, signatures at the registry or by e-signature, capital arrangements by company type, Trade Registry entry. Tax number, tax plate and e-Tebligat follow, with the SMMM.
Weeks 3–4 · Address, SMMM, e-imza, KEP
The registered address is in place, the SMMM contract is signed, the signatory receives e-imza and the company its KEP address. The registration file is indexed for the bank.
Weeks 4–8 · Bank
Ownership chart, business profile and the apostilled pack go to two or three banks in parallel. We book the meetings, accompany your signatory and answer every follow-up question in writing.
Weeks 8–12 · First 90 days
SGK workplace status confirmed, e-Fatura/e-Defter route agreed with the SMMM, first invoices checked, compliance calendar handed over. Monthly obligations pass to the accountant.

Questions
How long does registration take?
We found no official processing period and quote none. The sequence is fixed: name, MERSİS, signatures, capital, registry. Speed depends on a complete file, correct signatures and, for foreign founders, the time apostilles and translations take abroad. Our plan assumes six to ten weeks including the bank; we report every week.
Can the founders stay abroad?
Yes. A founder may sign through an attorney holding a notarised power of attorney; a document signed abroad usually needs an apostille and a Turkish translation. The bank, however, normally requires an authorised signatory to attend identification in person, so plan one visit for the bank stage.
Ltd. or A.Ş.?
Minimum capital is 50,000 TL for a Ltd. and 250,000 TL for an A.Ş. (Presidential Decision No. 7887). In an A.Ş. one quarter of cash capital is paid before registration; a Ltd. may pay within 24 months. The choice depends on investors, exit and governance; we brief, your adviser decides.
What happens after the account is open?
The first 90 days: tax plate and beneficial-owner form within one month, SGK workplace file opened by the registry, e-Fatura/e-Defter route agreed with the SMMM, first invoices checked. You receive a compliance calendar and one indexed folder; monthly filings stay with the accountant.
