Your specialist working legally in Türkiye — permit, residence, bank, family — one manager
You receive an employee who is legally working and settled: work permit issued through your company, residence right attached to it, address registered, insured, with a bank account and, if needed, the family beside them. We test your eligibility before anything is signed, build both files and hold every deadline. One manager, status every week, reply within one business hour.
Who this is for
Company transferring a key specialist
An engineer, manager or technical lead must start in Türkiye on a fixed date, and the permit, residence and daily life have to be in place without pulling your HR into Turkish procedure.
Turkish subsidiary hiring foreign managers
The entity exists but has never filed on e-İzin. You need the employer side checked against the Ministry criteria, the SGK file ready and the first application done right.
Group with a recurring flow of hires
Several arrivals a year, renewals and departures. The Relocation Desk keeps a standing employer file, per-hire checklists and one calendar so nothing lapses.
What you have at the end
At the end your employee holds a work permit issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, serving as residence permit for its duration, a registered address, SGK registration from day one, health cover, a personal bank account and a Turkish mobile number. Your company holds the employer file that passed the criteria check, the signed contract matching the permit, the notification receipts and a renewal calendar. Family members, if included, hold their own residence files, all in one indexed folder.

How the work runs
Week 1 · Eligibility and plan
We read your SGK declarations, capital and turnover against the Ministry criteria, fix the position and salary band, choose the route (domestic or consulate) and agree the start date you can actually promise the candidate.
Weeks 2–3 · Two files
Employer side: KEP, e-signature, SGK workplace file, e-Devlet access verified. Employee side: passport validity, diploma with apostille and sworn translation, contract in Turkish matching the position and salary multiple.
Weeks 3–4 · Filing
The complete e-İzin data pack is ready field by field; your authorised person enters it with the company e-signature while we sit alongside. For the consulate route, the employer filing follows within the ten business days the rules allow.
Weeks 4–10 · Decision and arrival
The Ministry targets thirty days on a complete file; four to eight weeks is normal. We monitor the file daily, prepare the cure for any deficiency notice within its period, and plan the entry or permit collection.
Weeks 10–16 · Settling in
SGK entry the day before the start, Ministry notification within fifteen days, address registration, health cover confirmed, bank account file and branch visit, mobile number. Family files run in parallel where included. Renewal date enters your calendar.
How it is structured
| Files the application with its own e-signature | Your company, as the employer |
| Decides on the permit | Ministry of Labour and Social Security (ÇSGB) |
| Registers the employee, runs payroll, files MUHSGK | Your SMMM |
| Certifies translations and copies | Notary and sworn translator at official tariff |
| Issues the visa and residence card; opens the account | Consulate and Presidency of Migration Management; the bank |
| Checks eligibility, builds every file, tracks deadlines, coordinates all parties | ROSTU |
What stays outside the package
- Filing in the employer’s name — the law reserves the e-İzin application to the employer; we prepare, you sign
- The Ministry’s and the bank’s decisions — we prepare, present and follow up; they decide
- Permit harç, card fees, notary and translation tariffs, SGK premiums — paid by you directly
- Legal opinions on exemptions, disputes or fines — your lawyer
Questions
Which criteria must the employer meet?
As published by the Ministry and checked on 24.10.2026: five Turkish employees insured per foreign employee at the same workplace, paid-in capital or turnover or export thresholds, a gross salary at the multiple set for the position, and no outstanding SGK or tax debt at filing. New companies have a grace period for the first foreign hire. We test all of this before the file is opened.
How long does a work permit take?
The Ministry aims to decide within thirty days of a complete file; four to eight weeks is normal in practice. A deficiency notice pauses the clock until the employer cures it within the stated period, usually fifteen days. For an employee abroad, the consulate issues a reference and the employer must complete e-İzin within ten business days.
Does the employee need a separate residence permit?
No. A valid work permit counts as a residence permit for its duration under Law 6735. The employee must still register the address and report changes to the Directorate. Spouse and children need their own family residence permits, which do not by themselves authorise work; we prepare those files under the family option.
What is the Relocation Desk?
A retainer for employers with several hires a year. We keep your employer file current, run a checklist per arrival, track renewals within the sixty days before each permit expires, file SGK exits and Ministry notifications on departures with your SMMM, and send one monthly calendar. One manager for all of your foreign staff.
