A personal account in a Turkish bank — opened with you, in one visit

We pick the bank that fits your passport and situation, prepare the tax number and documents, book the visit and sit next to you at the desk. Afterwards we set up online banking and walk you through the first incoming transfer so it is not held.

Questions

Can I open an account without a residence permit?

Some banks open accounts for foreigners with a passport, tax number and address proof; others require a residence permit. The choice of bank depends on your nationality and purpose — this is exactly what we check first.

Do I need to be in Türkiye?

Yes. Turkish banks identify the account holder in person at the branch. We book the visit so that one trip is enough.

How long does it take?

With documents ready, usually two to seven business days including the tax number and the branch visit; the bank sets the card delivery time.

What if the bank asks about the source of funds?

We prepare the answer and documents in advance for your first transfer, so that it is credited rather than held.
