1. Price is known before you start
Every quote has three lines: what the state charges (you pay it), what the professional charges at the official tariff (you pay them), what we charge. Nothing is added later.
2. You pay the state yourself
Harç, card fees, notarial tariffs, lawyers' fees — never through us. This removes most of the ways foreigners get cheated.
3. No promises of outcome
The authorities decide. What we answer for is a complete and correct file, a clear plan with dates and a person who replies.
4. Everything in writing, in your language
Plan, checklist, what we do and what we do not do — before you pay.
5. Named people
This accountant, these notary offices, this address. Not "our partners".
6. One person to the end
You do not run between a translator, a notary and a consultant. You know who to write to.
Questions people ask first
Are you a notary or a law firm?
No. We are a private company. We prepare documents, book appointments and accompany you. Notarial acts are performed by a notary whom you pay directly at the official tariff; legal advice comes from a lawyer you retain directly.
Do you submit my residence permit application?
No. You submit it yourself through e-ikamet and attend the appointment in person, as the law requires. We prepare the complete document set, check it, coach you through the form and prepare you for the appointment.
Who pays the government fees?
You do, always directly to the state or the notary. We never collect government fees or notarial tariffs. Our fee is shown separately before you order.
Can you guarantee the result?
No one can — decisions are made by the authorities. Anyone who promises a certain outcome is not telling the truth. What we answer for is a complete, correct file and a clear process.
